Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Costs

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat $3.99 shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. Busy holiday periods can add a few days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Digital products

The Nail Recovery Guide is a digital PDF. It's emailed to you after purchase, and no physical copy is shipped.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email hello@joviesse.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
